I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure the Ann Peebles vocal "bringing back sweet memories" is sampled by Hi-Tek on the "Eternal Reflection" album on the track "Memories" yeah/no?
YO DJ FUNKTUALL (Slick Rick & Doug E. Fresh - La Di Da Di Full Version) - AT 4.00 TO 4.09 sounds very familier but i need help thinking where it was used,i think biggie smalles used it in hypnotized
Daydream in Blue by I Monster = Daydreamin' - Lupe Fiasco & Jill Scott is also a sample of Day Dream by a band called Wallace Collection which was also used in the song Squares by the Beta Band
yo i did not know busta and em sample that song why for some reason i'm liking that song the instruments in it sounds more clearer than the busta sample version.
Dude you need to change the authorship of the last one dude the song was written by the Band JEFFERSON AIRPLANE look them up its off their album surrealistic pillow released in 1967 Tom Scott did the cover of it
@benjaminkenobi21 Nah man, you are thinking of the Jefferson Airplane version of the same song. I play the Black Sheep sample in my video Name That Break, that's the Similak Child.
This is all good. Good choice of samples with lots of interesting background info. The boy is infected with the funk! And he's got a Love and Rockets album cover on top of the world map in the background!
The Sukiyaki bit definitely tripped me up. I'm so used to hearing the song a certain way. Honestly I never even noticed the song was cut like that. Thanks for the insight!
thats so funny i was looking like 6 months for that tom scott joint .... and i had got it tonite and some how here you are playing what i was looking for
Man forget all these guys, this guy is real; Just watch this guy you can see how passionate he is and you can hear it in his voice. If you seriously want to listen to or promote real music made by a real artist, you know where to go. 9.bb/163042/channelakatv
