@thetimeiisnow lol. Bruce Dickinson says it needs MORE production! It's too stripped down. I know Scarlett's powerful vocals are impressive, but imagine what they would sound like under layers of Garage Band filters!

@cooroo i'll quote what i said somewhere else about this record: i understand where you're coming from, i myself love tom waits, but i think like many others you are disregarding the pure beauty and sense of awe this album exudes. i don't think it was scarlett johansson's intention to sound like tom waits, but rather to render his music in a dreamy and atmospheric soundscape, and create another world entirely, something i think she has done masterfully here.
