The news papers are free but there's a problem in Hong Kong where they take as many as they can without reading to take straight to the recycling center were they get paid in the weight of papers they bring in. This woman was accused of taking far too many and kept shouting at the man "hit me if you dare!". The man replied "I don't need to hit you. I'll just push you away". Which is what all the pushing was about.
