@guyvasq676 I do agree somewhat with what you are saying but genetics also has a large part in being able to dunk. As DaLiFeOfDaPaRtY00 was saying, hand size is very important. Muggsy Bogues stated in his autobiography as well as shown in person that he has the vertical and can dunk, but that is only with a volleyball. He cannot palm a basketball so he never could in a game. If only that ball was smaller...we be seeing flying short people dunking all day. lol.
