I listen to this piece, a long with a few others when writing any important reports for school etc. Very calming, helps me deal with the stress of exams and what not. Makes me think of the wonderful Canada David Gold once knew and was so fond of.

In fact, on this album is particular he wrote, recorded and produced EVERYTHING. Vocals, drums and guitar. The only things he didn't record were the keyboards in The Ghosts of Summer's Past and the female vocals in the same song and Outro: The End of August. No matter how amazing Woods of Ypres gets on newer albums, Wood 2 will always be my favourite because of how hard David worked on it
