Yes you can. As I already told EizikDarvish you just have to use the tiger knee motion. It also works without the TKM, but it's a lot harder of course.

At the end it's just a matter of practise.

if u cant there is a easier way its called reverse tiger knee all u do is charge like your going to do a sonicboom which is back down so your crouching bring it forward like your going to do a sonicboom then go back all the way like a reverse semi-circle and it comes out easy but all has 2 be quick. this is the quickest way 2 do it which makes it easier 2 combo from his super of a flash kick tht hit a opponet from a height.

Guile can be pretty tricky tho. Standing punches to sonic boom or jump and charge sorta in mid air, or block and then use Flash kick.

i just look at it like a clock. charge at 7:00, roll it to 5:00 then roll back to 7:00, then diagonally to 2:00 + 3 kicks. have to do it in one fluid motion.

i find it easier just to roll from 7:00 to 5:00 to 7:00, instead of in a straight line, but doing it that way is harder with the d-pad.

Guile's ultra isn't hard at all to do.

Charge downback--> downforward, downback, upforward +3 kicks button.

It's VERY easy once you get the hang of it, one of the easiest ultras IMO.

I just can't do this. I use a Saitek controller (P990), and try. Either I don't get flash kick at all or I just get a flash kick with two hits. What exactly does 3x kick mean? Do you push the kick button three times, or is it a button that does three kicks in a row? What's the trick here??

hold bottom left direction for 2-3 full seconds, the quickly press bottom right, bottom left, up, and all three kick buttons simultaneously (at the same time). There should be 1 single button that acts for all three kick buttons though.
