yeah its a set neck but what i meant by dismantle was taking off the hardware and electronics

and when you paint a guitar instead of doing that you can just put tape every where you dont want paint to be

and if you have a bolt on its not smart to take it off and put it on unless you know what youre doing

but dismantling it if you know wht youre doing is fine...i was just saying you didnt have to

i connected the pod's output directly to the computer..

i have a line in jack..which is blue in colour(microphone is pink and speakers is green)

if u have that..then you can record in this quality..

i used a webcam to record the vid

im actually happy that i got this guitar..

tho,i could actually afford the cheap M-100..

the only downside for this guitar is there is no floyd rose tremolo set up for me to play with :(

other than that..IMHO,it plays better than some ibanez which costs 2X more

and yes if i were painting a guitar, i would take everything apart..i dont wanna risk having paint anywhere it doesnt belong..heh

well its an awesome guitar once u get used to the body and all..u can adjust the height of the strings to ur fretboard...it plays well..looks good..

and when ur performing,it looks outstandingly good..so yea..good beginner/intermediate level guitar..

a few scratches on the bottom "blades" as some people would say. Its not real noticable till you take a look at it, but just the thought of those scratches there is sickening

well..i have a few chipped off paint points...

but to me,the looks of it matters least..your playing and the sound that comes out of it is the main concern..as long as it sounds good..it's still good
