lets not lose sight of the facts, st thomas has a long standing record of quality heart care, has great doctors and nurses, and now they have real people making their case for them instead of professional actors; that's all that matters
I agree with dbutler95, we SHOULD be able to chose our own doctors. St. Thomas may not have the most expansive commercials, or cleanest hospital but they are good people and they care about there patience. I read in the Tennessean how they lost a bunch of doctors. I still like St Thomas if it isn't something life-threatening. I always like the under dog.
Why does everything have to be a competition? People should be able to pick whatever surgeon they want to work on their body. We should all work together as a team and just save lives.
saw a vanderbilt ad on tv last night follwed by one of the new st thomas ads and without a doubt st thomas is speaking more to real people; vanderbilt's was pretty but not speaking to average working people

Too bad Saint Thomas lost all of those experienced cardiologists and surgeons recently. They had some good people, just bad management chased them off.
vandy pushes out ads that attack saint thomas and saint thomas pushes out ads showing average working people speaking from the heart, nuff said

I had a great experience with the St Thomas heart staff. My doctor was great! and I would recommend them to anyone.
