  • AS a teacher, I've lived so many moments like this, listening to irt chills me to the bone. I have to say to myself; it's okay; don't cry, don't cry, don't cry

  • who the fuc@ whats to hear glee sing this classic

  • what the fuck is with this glee shit

  • @ewalks73 its for homo little boys and girls

  • It reminds me of "Walk Away Renee". They both have something beautiful you can't quite put your finger on.

  • Its a good song but the movie is just another exercise in White brainwashing by Jew controlled Hollywood.

  • have loved this song since I was a little girl in the 60's thanks for doing this

  • I was 4 yrs old when this song came out but saw the movie later which I love, love, love and this song just put it over the top. I love this song!

  • Q OBRA DE ARTE ESSA MUSICA E 10

  • loved this song years ago and still my fave lulu song shes still a babe lol

  • My mom bought this album for me at a garage sale for $2. I played it over and over again when I was in elem school and jr. high. I entered talent shows singing "To Sir With Love". Thanks for posting good memorable material here.

  • I made a youtub video responce to this video cause i love it but when i spent all day up loading it twice and the music failed to upload i thought i would audio swap it so heres mine even though it should have the music of Lulu on it instead Love ya Lulu

  • @jjccccc Hi, my vid response made it ok by YT's copyright bots, but I just thought I'd tell U that if yours didn't, all U have to do is use a program like Blaze Media Pro to either raise or lower your mp3 by 1 semitone. It will then make it past YT's copyright bots. Not to be harsh, but you've now got a vid response here where neither the video or audio has ANYTHING to do with the song "To Sir With Love". Fix it or pull it.

  • She looks HOT now at 62, and her voice is just as great..great song

  • Time does not pass... that's the proof.

  • Love Lulu!!!!!!!

  • K, u know what! FUCK GLEE! Glee has never brought me to music! Thumbs up if u agree!

  • Loved it since I saw the movie many, many years ago.

  • great stuff, thanks for the great show with (esp 1:45 to 2:05) with a great tune also thanks for the memories, jg

  • i knew this song before glee. My mother listened this song when i was young.

  • Why doesn't luLu touir?

  • @Wanch1e1ady She still tours, I saw her last year in London. She sounds fabulous and looks great. I had the pleasure of meeting her back stage. She is warm, funny and gracious and looks half her age!! Take a look at other videos try "Weve got tonight" with Ronan Keating, and " If tomorrow never comes".

  • One of favorite songs of the 60's. I liked Glee's cover of this, but Lulu is the original and still the best.

  • cute then-gorgeous now

  • I always wanted to hear Olivia Newton-John remake this....

  • Check out Tina Arena's version. Not taking nothing away from the original but Tina has nailed this. IMO much better.

  • Lulu has definitely aged......not, she looks rather hot. Peace ;)

  • Thank you Lulu for bringing something from the sixties that shows the love tenderness and compassion of our generation!

  • One of my favorite movies from Junior High Days.

  • What is Glee?

  • I heard this for the first time when I went to see the movie (same title) when it first came out. I was awestruck with it then, and still am. Movie ticket was 15 cents, popcorn and candy bars were a nickel each. Previews, 2 movies, and 2 cartoons. Awesome flick. I was 16.

  • LULU ...is like wine.. as time goes by she gets better...I love ..to sir with love

  • This song makes me think,of all the cool there was in the 60s,i have to hold back the tears, thinking how cool it was to have such great talent,at our finger tips, also school, and falling in love,i truly can say it is a hallmark,in my memory 's as a young boy.

  • Lulu looks like Snooki in some poses. What does that mean? Absolutely nothing.

  • Takes me back to a much better place in time, eventhou a war was raging on and many young people died before they lived.

  • love the film, song and book.

  • Thumbs up if you knew this sing before Glee

  • @MurderOfSuburbia What the hell is "Glee"?

  • @MurderOfSuburbia This was a fav many many years ago...I didn't know about glee..I Am proud to be out of the loop!!!! :)

  • @MurderOfSuburbia Thanks to my dad and his obsession with old school music. I saw the Piano Man clip before I hit fourth grade.

  • @MurderOfSuburbia i have it on a compilation called 20 favourite ballads (on tape)

  • @mutantroosta HOLY CRAP! I am so jealous. I saw it in the movie for the first tiem when I was like 12 or 13 and I fell in love this song, but have downloaded it since and listen to it all the time, but it must not compare to the real thing. You might want to keep that in good condition cuz its gonna be worth something someday, like when Lulu passs on. (hopefully thats not soon) but ya! Kudos! :)

  • @MurderOfSuburbia ive compiled a playlist with the songs that are on that tape, some are not quite the versions i remember and 2 of the songs say they are by glen campbell but are by someone else...

just look for "20 favourite ballads" or just check my playlist list =]

  • @MurderOfSuburbia We always called it a "song" as opposed to a "sing" & I don't give a fuck about glee.

  • @ClassicRocknRolla3 lol oops I was typing too fast :p lol and yeah I guessed

  • @MurderOfSuburbia Glee, who's Glee? lmso

  • @MurderOfSuburbia thumbs down in that case.

  • I am 14 and this is my favorite song i wish i could go to the 60s for some good music. the music in this era sucks

  • Wow very rare beautiful voice. Its hard to find a voice like that nowadays. ANd you can feel the song deep in your heart. WOW WOW. Im a generation x person but this is AMAZING!

  • Even the hoodlums weren't like todays. Oh to go back to the innocent days!!!

  • this song is soo sweet! and makes you happy

  • It's Snookie's mother !

  • What a masterpiece by Lulu and a huge hit. The movie kinda sucked if you ask me. I'm just glad we got this song outta that crap movie.

  • @Deadcat069 The movies was a good movie, I admit most movies never live up to the book, but the movie in my opinion lived up to the book. Everyone has the right to their own opinion, I respect yours and I hope you respect mine.

  • Is it me or does Lulu look like Snookey from 'Jersey Shore' a little ?

  • @Deadcat069 You got to be kidding. I saw Snookey on Letterman the other night and had to jump to turn the channel That girl is nothing but a pig . Like all reality shows the people are all dysfunctional. All of them.

  • This is a wonderful post. Thank you

  • I loved the movie.

  • Lulu is still HOTT!

  • 1:18 The time has come.. for closing books and long last looks must end

and as i leave.. I know that I am leaving my best friend

    To meet mr reaper

  • One of the great songs of the 60's. She was so, so so cute, and those big blue eyes. This song hits you right in the heart.

  • great song indeed but the sixty's was a great time for music and the worst . I was born in the sixty's as well and find I am mostly embarrassed by the whole drugged out youth and the lying manipulative adults. it was a disgusting time but then these jewels would come along and pow . I'm liking the sixty again.

  • Those violins grab you right at the beginning of this classic. and make you tear up at the end.

  • Those violins grab you right at the beginning of this classic.

  • English gals?? Lulu is Scottish you imbicile

  • Great song.....

  • An all time favorite....never get tried of listening to this!

  • Such a great singer and person. I really couldn't believe that such black sound was coming out of such a cute little white girl.

  • Oops!!! that was Twiggy not Tweety.

  • @aspenrebel This song, for me, is about the time Sir Paul McCartney smoked a royal doobie in the Royal Loo Loo (Lulu) while visiting the Queen of England. If he took a royal doodoo, even more perfect. Because just when I thought I couldn't survive another day without my canceled TV show Howdy Doody, along came the Fab Four.

  • This is one of my Favorite Songs, and Favorite Movies of all time. Brings back memories, and always hits me................jeffper2... you had a crush on Lulu and Susan George? yikes!!!..... What about Tweety? .... I'd say, back then, for English gals, I'd say I had the hots for "Emma Peel" on "The Avengers".

  • What a statement the movie made! And Lulu's music added to a great scene!

  • One of the great song and movie.

  • such great song to sing in the shower

  • Glee is definitely talent, the original still rocks ! What an era for music, I DIG IT

  • i still remember

  • go girl...glad to see you still performing.....had a crush on you then but more on Susan George.....so hot.

  • Lulu is a class act.

  • this was the number one song on the day i was born.....and i always did like the song anyway, and i loved the film.....i feel so cool....ha ha ha!!!

  • shes the best love her x

  • great song

  • glee song was better but this was great

  • what a beautiful lady

  • love this movie, and this song, was born in the wrong era...

  • @missysquark

No, WE were born in the wrong era.

The best music comes from the 60's

  • @JapJuno86 You are sooooo right. The 60's will never be equaled. I was born in the sixties and can honestly say that what we hear now does not even 'scratch' the surface of the SIXTIES.

  • @paulmaccarocks The SIXTIES were great, but not as amazing as the 80's, the best decade. I hear the roaring 20's was pretty great too, except most people from then aren't around...life is short.

  • @paulmaccarocks if you born in the 60's then you dont know shit about music from it,. like i dont know shit about the 70's music. Please dont tell me you know all about it if ya under the age of 10.

Dont play though like everything old is so much better then now a days.

  • @paulmaccarocks I was born in 1956 and cannot believe how great the music of this period and up to the early seventies was ....THANK YOU YOU TUBE and all the downloaders for sharing

  • @paulmaccarocks I'm 14, and I can agree with you.

  • @lewis2461 Thanks. The music in the 60's was just so 'fun' and carefree.

  • @JapJuno86 ah yeah, 'I' was born in the wrong era (that's what i meant)... am greatful the technology was available for the 60's to be recorded well. Certainly brighten these times... ;-) Also like 20's-50's; 70's and 80's were alright... but 'popular' music these days is sh!h0u$e... have to look underground for decent talented bands and artists cause the charts are being taken over by lollypop repitition :P

  • One of the best british films ever made!

  • musica linda, filme lindo, catora linda, cantei esse musica na escola, muito legal!!!!!!

    parabéns

    brazil , love!

  • I wasn't born when this song hit the charts, but I love it just the same. She has such a sultry voice.

  • nao gostei

  • i love this song very much!!

  • Reminds me of my 'ol school days. I has such a crush on my teacher that I knew all about the female anatomy by the time I was 8, just by looking at her tits. (LOL)

  • I think that it is a terrific song I just wish that it wasn't associated with a Jew controlled Hollywood movie with a Negro in it.

  • gotta love the lulu!

    thanx for posting

brings back good memories of some bitchin' white eye make-up

  • what a movie....incredible........we tried to play the song on adityadigipro........watch it

I agree. Monday night was my very first time seeing the movie on DVD. My grandmother got it for me for Christmas. My mom told me that I would really like it, and she was so right!!! The movie has already become a true favorite of mine, and I also love that song so much!!!!

  • @zLuxz Of course she looks good. We now have plastic to replace all the broken and sagging parts.
