Clinton Rd is in West Milferd, NJ off of Rt23 North. I was there this weekend at 2 in the morning and saw nothing on the way up the road, but too much on the way back down. We counted 5 bridges up and only 3 back. We saw several sets of skid marks on the road and only 1 when we wwent up it. We saw blood on the road on the way back that went for over a mile. me and my buddy saw 4 men in black robes in udder silence in the woods.
