Thank you for posting this video. I didn't know there was a rope drop ceremony at DHS. Going in 2wks I will have to see if they are still doing this!

I use a monopod for most of the shooting at the parks. It is more flexible than a tripod, but you'll notice more movements, say when someone bumps into you while recording.
