We used to hang murderers, i wish they would bring back hanging. Whole life sentences in the UK are for serial killers like Peter Sutcliffe-The Yorkshire Ripper, Rose west, Dennis Nilsen. I think that there are about 60 people in the UK who have been sentenced to whole life in prison.
