Nope and this why. Lee explained in the first Naruto perdicting your enemy's movements is useless if your body is too slow to react. Sasuke may be fast but Byakuya is one of the fastest shunpo user in all of Bleach and would be dead before even thinking about using the susano. That said I stay on my point.

Sasuke's would of had his soul chain and sleep cut in the first second of the fight. No Sharingon is prepared for speed of that magnitude it's far beyond the eight gates speed it's super natural because you wouldn't be able to see it I mean he is second fastest to the Goddess of Flash!!
