will welding hardened steel on an old ford pickup truck frame weaken it? if so would it weaken it allot or an acceptable amount? im using an arc welder
@USPhotoRecon I'm sorry but I can't honestly say for sure. Although I would think that the tensile strength of hardened steel might not have enough give for a truck frame. FYI, Side note: I do know a welder that tried welding a broken laptop back together again...that didn't work out too well. LOL
