Don't know what your problem is. Unboxing is seriously important to first time buyers, they need to know what to expect once into the box. There is literally no way of knowing what is likely to happen/be included in the box before you've opened it and it is nice to know and prepare for the unboxing of your new product. You do not have a good narrating voice, you sound way too emotional.

It's generally pleasant to have something subtle that gives a bit of atmosphere without hindering the viewer's ability to hear the dialogue. Heavy rock or techno blasting over the narration, however... a big no-no.
