@TheGodJavier You have to make good morality choices and/or save hostages up to the hospital level. Then when you go on the mission for the doctor there will be a room unlocked, it's in there on a shelf.

got a problem i collected all weapon papers and bought all parts for every single weapon and of course i have all weapons (exept the as-kri). but somhow i don t unlock the achievement. anybody knows why?
