Have you heard of binaural recordings? take a styrofoam dummy head and put tiny mics in it's ears, then talk at it from behind. or the sides or whatever. When you play it back with headphones, it'll sound like someone is actually in the room, which is how schizo voices can sound. I don't know if the voices seem to move around your head with schizophrenia, but you can mimic it by walking around the dummy head. it'd replicate schizo voices better.

I'm in love with Don - best played character ever by Ian Hart. Still cannot understand why Dirt was canceled, the only show worth watching thanks to Don of course.

Amazing scene, really hits the truth of the matter. Meds can send you into zombie mode, they can totally control your existence. But you have to take them once in a while to keep things balanced.
