He's the guitar player's guitar player. I attended two player classes with Martin at the Healdsburg guitar festival in '99, and the experience still resonates every time I pick up my guitar. This guy deserves to be knighted by the queen. He's a British national treasure, and a gift to all of us, who ply the strings in search of a bit of transcendence.
