All y'all replying to my comment telling me about Edward Mordrake....yes, I know that, his story is precisely what I was alluding to when I said it's based on something that might have actually happened.

What might have thrown you off was the "might". I say that because I read somewhere that it's scientifically impossible for conjoined twins to be different genders, like the twins in the song are. So it either didn't happen, or some facts were lost and exaggerated over time.

It is based on something that happened.. Edward Mordake had a face on the back of his head that could laugh or cry. He claimed that the face whispered horrible things to him at night. No doctor would attempt to remove the face. He committed suicide. It's a sad & creepy story

@MrNikodemu5 if you look at facts, this would be impossible. it is possible that he did exist and he had a face on the back of his head. though i find it hard to believe that it could not speak nor eat but it could laugh and cry. to laugh that means it had to be able to breath, so no. And the voices might just have been a psychological illusion caused by brain damages :P just my thoughts
