The DOT crew mishandled the situation by not assisting the stuck cabbie & because of this may have uncovered an intruder. The DOT driver blasting the air horn next to the ambulance was also not in the best interest of the person needing emergency assistance.This cabbie's over reaction to being recorded by the videographer will bring America's sleepy eyed intelligent attention to him.Exactly why was he so sensitive to being filmed?Does he & his cabbie friends represent a cell at this cab company?
