ye, considering the 360 and PS3 can run it (consoles have the graphical equivalent of a 9600GSO or 4670), it's most likely a graphical downgrade from Crysis 1...or at least have different settings for the console vs PC versions.

But games on the consoles are super-code optimized so even though their hardware is really old and outdated, they perform just as good as a PC with a better graphics card such as an 8800GT/9800GT or 4830.
