She didn't kill river Phoenix.in 1991 when he was in the movie my own private Idaho,there where drugs on the set and Keanu reeves and river started doing heroin.then on October 31st 1993 he was with his brother and sister and his girlfriend at Johnny depp's club and he took a speedball and he had a overdose. So she did not kill him.
