I am extremely disappointed with this new phone from Nokia. Being a Nokia loyalist, I changed my phone from N95 to N8, thinking it will be a perfect smartphone! However, after using it for about 3 months, I can say that it is an extremely disappointing device! A) It is slow B) Camera is very slow C) It hangs and reboots on its own, especially during a phone call! D) The touch is not all that great E) One most important thing, Social Networks don't work well at all !!! F) Browsing is terrible!

It reboots for no reason... closes your applications, it's slow, the software is horrible and right now the screen is useless in mine...

I bought this phone 3 weeks ago and it is the best phone ever but the only problem is the battery which lasts only for a day.My previous phone was a 5800 Xpress Music and its battery lasted much longer then N8 even if i used the net and listned to songs all day

Nokia = Hardware quality in winter, rainy etc. conditions. Iphone cannot operate after -5 if I remeber correctly where n8 operates up to -20 degrees of celcius. Also iphone has antenna issues where you hold your hand wrong place the antenna gets weak. N8 = quality. Iphone = Cheap parts and plastic.

Editing suite? The N95 video editor was so much better, with a lot more options. Come on, you can only add a single song/track to the video! No options to slow down or add color FX to the video, that's going backwards!

How ever it is annoying some times when my face touches the put on hold button in the screen and suddenly conversation is put in hold. Other than that it's a great phone..

+ colorized aluminium solid case

+ free navigator

+ outstanding carl zeis lens and 720p video recording with 3x digital zoom

+ external mic support thrue TSSR connector for superb audio while video recording or interview

Iphone might have more apps for operating system but the phone is shittier by any means. And tbh you get all the apps you need for nokia too: Opera, Skype, Messenger, Social feeds

just an advice for you who plan to buy symbian^3 device, its much better to save that for upcoming nokia wp7 or else android if you dont want to wait. Well if your willing to sacrifice your time to 'SEARCH' and 'FIND' a working device and always going back to store for replacement ,its up to you.

I have to say iPhone has better menu becauce it is easier to find things AND better FaceBook BUT it is easier to put images and songs into Nokia N8 + you can put them in another computer but you cannot do it with iPhone ... AND you can send things to other phones via nokia n8 via bluetooth but you cannot do it with iPhone

@aDitpnyu Its the coolest phone I ever owned. I wasnt so sure about it until I bought it a few days back. Trust me its an awsome phone. Only thing that it performs not as good as the iPhone is web browsing. Display of websites isnt as cool as in the iPhone
