I was working with Charlie Guggenheim at KETC in 1954 when PI first opened up. It was in trouble immediately, which is why we filmed a report there. It seemed they had first brought in a large number of Ozark natives to whom many of the amenities of PI were totally foreign. They also had no jobs and were up the creek when it came to earning a living in a City. I wonder if that footage has survived. Martin L. Schneider (producer, writer KETC, 1954/55)
