• Your hair is very volumess (lots of volume) Where can I get ur cosmetic line??? Thx n advance!

  • Hello-- My powder foundation and Rice Setting powder are sold at my Online Store. Please visit my website to access the store. The address is at the end of this video.

  • @4Designers Thx amillion!!!

  • Ms lola,

Im so tired of everything!!! i hate that i even have to wear a wig! but I have no choice because my hair side are gone. However your frontal looks simple to put on with me im sure to have it looking jacked up! i just wish i knew why my hair started falling out the way it did,.

  • Hi-- Hair loss can result for many reasons, including stress, health issues, harmonal change, chemical damage, extreme tension on the hair, and many other reasons. I understand how frustrating it can be when you can't find the right solution for your hair problem. I really think that frontals or half wigs are the answer for your hair loss situation. They would stay bonded well and allow you to incorporate your own hair for comfort and natural appearance.

  • @4Designers

    thank for responding.

  • I LOVE the way u say alcohol and cotton ball! U GO GIRL!

  • This is 100% helpful.

  • wow!.. now i learn more, how to put my wig extention...tnx nice video..

  • Lola sorry to bother you, i have hair loss all over the top but i have a tiny forehead, my hair line is soo low. I am not african american either, I want a frontal but I am worried people will know it's a wig, I don't want anyone to know my condition. What do you think?

  • Hi-- A frontal can look like your natural hair if you chosen correctly. Please contact me at my website for further assistance.

  • love it....

  • What if a person wants to wear a flesh colored stocking cap for a more natural part look ? because I refuse to shave back my hairline....I want to use a frontal as a priotective style and to grow my real hair out without damaging it...

  • Miss Lola where can I purchase your pieces?

  • Hi-- You can purchase these units from my website. Please see the address at the end of this video.

  • @4Designers Youre really look gorgeous, i love that ure sharing ur secrets, and ure so comfortable wearing weave, im so for it and i think ure a real woman!

  • hi, im considering purchasing a lace frontal as i have androgenetic alopecia and my front hairline has disappeared about 1 inch, so i have a larger forhead than i did before

what i dont understnad is that celebs who have larger forheads such as tyra banks, or rhianna or alicia keys, wear lace wigs but they still make their high forheads apparent. they make no effort to bring their wigs hairline lower...why is this? is this because you're not supposed to put your wig onto your forhead??

    TIA!!

  • Hi Tia-- You should always keep a natural looking forehead even when wearing a frontal or full lace wig. If yours is high, you would bring the hairline of the unit below yours so that the appearance is still natural.

  • Sorry to bother you I had another question. If one of my sides is very very thin almost bald to about a 1/2 inch past my ear lobe would the frontal be as effective since the back of my hair is very thick and full? Thank you in advance. This well be my first lace wig and I want to make sure I get the right one.

  • Hi-- Your hair loss situation is ideal for either a frontal or half wig.

  • Ms.Lola I just visited your hair line and I have hair loss on my sides in the same area you have hair loss due to a chemical i put in my hair called Rio. I want to thank you for the info on your website because i read that I could have chemical alopecia and I think that is what I have. My question is are your synthetic front laces the same as the human hair fron laces and which one would do think I should get? Again thank you so much.

  • Hi-- Front lace synthetic wigs are not the same as human hair wigs. If you are new to lace wigs, you may want to try synthetic wigs first, as they are less expensive. After you have worn them for a while, I suggest you upgrade to a human hair full lace wig to experience the ultimate lace wig application.

  • You are a diva Ms. Lola, I wish I knew you :-(

  • Hi-- Please type our web address directly into your browser instead using of bookmarked pages or search engine pages. Thank you

  • hello lola, so can i tape right on my hair line, like on the" hair"? because my forehead is too small I cannot do this on my skin at all, even if I try to get close enough to the hair line, pls help...

I have very thin had on the top but still a low hair line closed in....

  • Hi-- You should never apply adhesive on your hairline. It should be applied to the skin only. If your hairline is very low and you really want to wear a unit you will have to shave back your hairline.

  • okay I see, is it because the hair unit will not "sticK" or will it just pull out hair when removing the unit? What is the worse thing that can go wrong for applying it on my hair line direct? Because I my hair line is really low, I will look funny if do it on the skin...

  • If you apply adhesive to your hair the wig will not bond correctly and lift within hours. Also, adhesive is difficult to remove from the hair. Again, the only way to wear the wig is to shave your hairline back.

  • thank you so much, i don't mean to bother you with silly questions...

and okay but do i have to shave it back really far?

  • HI-- You will only need to shave back enough so that when you apply the wig, the hairline will look natural.

  • Hello, Ms Lola, i visited your website to purchase your adhesive cream, but the pages would not load fully. is the site down, or do i need to order by phone? im a new customer, and im looking forward to trying your product!

  • why i cant open the photos at elite wigs i want to see them closer

  • Hi Ms. Lola I put my clips on. My frontal seem to be to long across the front. what can I do to make it fit?

  • Hi-- You can cut the unit to fit and then put the clips on again. Just make sure to cut through the lace and not the hair.

  • i aint wit that glue ...

  • this is great I have long hair in the back I and no hair at my hair line. I have never seen this before. I just need to learn how to put the clips on.

  • Very easy to do. Please see my video that shows how to sew clips onto frontals. You may also purchase clips at my website.

  • Hi Ms. Lola I need so help. I have my frontal and I am ready to put on my clips but the frontal seem to be to long across the front of my head. What should I do?

  • Ms. lola... where do u get the tape from?

  • We sell the adhesive tape at my website. Please see that address on the video.

  • miss lola, u r a god send. awesome vid. also i have just 1 big question. how do u lace the hairs onto the lace fabric. please make a vid about that.

  • Hi-- Hairs are tied into the lace foundation using ventilating needles. Sorry, I know longer perform this service due to tendonitis. There are videos on youtube that show how.

  • ohhh so you put the tape on the the gel okkk...got it.Nice vid...

  • WOW, THIS IS AWESOME!! This is the most simplest and most natural weave process I have ever seen!! I don't like to look like I am wearing a wig or a weave, and by looking at your product, it looks like this is what I want. Very professional yet sexy. Go from the office to the jazz concert and back to the office. Love it!!

    Thanks Ms Lola, well done!!

  • um it looked like u put it on ur hairline i thought that u should never put it on ur hair at all

  • she didnt make that

    promis

some FAMOUSE pirsone made it no lie

i sawit in a wig store

  • OMG!! You are a beautiful godsend! Thank you sooo much, One question: is it true hair must be shaved to create an even hairline to attach frontal unit? I'm afraid my 'baby hair' won't grow back if I shave it to wear unit. Please advise.

  • Hello where can i purchase the partial and full lace fronts also the adhesives?

  • Ms Lola

You have given a wonderful demostration of applying a lace wig.Thank you so much.

  • Miss Lola

you are my she-ro....you are a blessing to all of us women who can't afford to pay a car note to have their hair done...

    KUDDOS to you...

  • I didn't realize that Beyonce moon-lighted doing these ads.

  • girl you a pro for real i wouldnt have evr thought of that and ive been doing my own weave for years!lol

  • wow

  • Am not trying to be funny but whatif you sweat thetape off, does that mena that the UNIT would come off? and how much are these wigs?

  • I thought the exact same thing. What kind of tape is that?

  • merci pour l'explication thanks

  • so classy and beautiful! i love being a black women!

  • I get a tree weave for my mother. #51 color a beautiful silver. It's a hassle though taking those braids out and it costs 175 every two months. I want to know do you have a beautiful silver lace wig??? I want to buy it for sure.

  • Hello, We offer the Presitage Glowing Liquid. This light spray imparts a luminous shine to the hair, eliminates frizzes, significantly reduces tangling, and will not weigh the hair down.

    --Thanks

  • Could someone kindly tell me how yo ukeep the unit from getting dried out. What product can I use on 100% Indian Remy hair to keep it nice and silky feeling with out damage? I wear it long and straight. Thank you

  • Hello,

Thanks for visiting our site. Our wigs are freestyle wigs and they can be parted anywhere and yes it is visible.

    --Thanks

  • with the style in the video, can u still part your hair and it be visiable?

  • Nice video. I've seen many applications. I like this way of applying the lace frontal better.

  • oh wow good one!

  • but what if you want to grow your thin hair at the front of your head? wouldn't the gel further damage the hair?

  • The gel would only harm your hair if you tried combing through it after it has dried.

  • As a white woman, this was very interesting to watch, because I never really understood how weaves, etc. worked.

Would this be something a cancer patient who is losing her hair during chemo/radiation could use instead of a hot full wig?

Curious, because my aunt is going thru that with breast cancer and she usually just wears a scarf on her head cuz she DETESTS wigs and how hot they make her feel.

    Thank you for enlightening me!!

  • A frontal may not be the best solution for your aunt because she will need hair to integrate with the frontal. The ideal unit would be a full lace wig, which is very lightweight and natural in appearance.

  • 4Designers-This is VERY interesting! This will end sew-in weaves/wigs as we know it. How much does this cost if done in a salon?

  • approximately $150 + the cost of the unit.

  • Also can u wash it with ur own hair??

  • You can shampoo the unit on your head if your bond is waterproof and secure.

    --Ms Lola

  • Go head Miss Lola!!!!

  • miss lola please go and use ebay,it's hard to get your products in canada, this way i can get a lace wig for my mother thank you

  • Is that tape made especially for hair and hair pieces/products? Or is that normal double-sided office tape?

  • Hey Ms. Lola I've just purchased your "Keesha" full lace wig and I love it. I was wondering if I could use the above method to remove and apply my full lace unit

  • This was so imformative for me, a recent cosmetology graduate. I have one customer who suffers from thinning hair and we have recently tried a partial(3/4)wig that adheres with clips. Unknown to me that adding gel would create a firmer base for the piece to adhere to really make sense to me. Thank your for the information. Your video is very well put together and is easy to understand.

  • Ms Lola .. thank uuuuuuuu this was excellent .. and i will check out ur website

    :0)

  • nice video

  • Thank you Lola. I have been using a lace piece because of a hair line issue as well. Thanks for sharing the video information. I've been using glue and it does start to look really bad after a couple of wears. However, the idea of self adhesive tapes is quicker and seems to be less of an issue for the look of the hair, rather than glue.

    LG

  • I used to work as a hairdresser my ex boss has been a barber for decades he won awards for his wig designs and making there are solvents that can be used to remove adhesive glues like spirit gum removers some use acetone but be careful as it is very dependent on the type of lace used. Some wigs are now using medical skin on them to give the same effect for less cost. Some fibres are also heat resistant and can be more durable than human hair as well as less maintenance.

  • I just want to say I love your videos your work is great

  • Ditto.

  • This seems like a nice idea for an event or just for the sake of having a lace wig so kudos! But what happens to the thinning hair in front? Does it grow or continue thinning? Idon't think it's wise to just cover it up. Is adding alcohol and other adhesives to our hair (remembering some substances are being absorbed into our bloodstream)the best thing to do? Everyone has the right to do what they want to their hair. I was just wondering.

  • If one has permanent hair loss, nothing will make it grow back. Concealing the thinning or balding area is my choice and the choice of many hair-loss sufferers.

    Ms Lola

  • Ditto.

  • These lace wigs are a great invention for Black women who want to maintain beautiful hair styles without chemically treating and damaging their natural hair with relaxers for a while. This is why I started to wear them when I noticed my beautiful hair was thinning a little. But I dont like how adhesive residue get caked up in the front lace on the hairline that cant be removed and the wig is unable to wear again.

  • I really like Ms.Lola but lace wigs are a waste of money. Once you apply adhesives to the lace about 3 or 4 times, the front hairline becomes sticky and frayed with residue that can not be removed without damaging the wig and the front lace is permanately damaged and the wig is unable to be worn again. This is my experience with lace wigs after wearing them for a few months.I really feel sorry for women that have to wear these wigs because they don't have hair.

  • Do a youtube search on how to remove adhesive from the wig. There are ways to get it off that don't damage the lace.

  • Don't feel sorry. Be happy that there are products out there to help people with hair loss look gorgeous anyway. Thanks Ms Lola

  • Ms. Lola, you should have your own tv show! I am dead serious! I just love watching your videos. Not only are they very very informative, your voice is also very calming, and well, you remind me of Vivica A. Fox, lol lol :):) You do! Well, you have yourself a great day :)

  • Your ingenious ...God Bles syou for your generousity!!!!

  • you're fantastic

  • I love it...

  • Can the wigs be removed and then worn again?

  • Yes, by using the adhesive methods

  • this is so helpful. i am looking into buying a full lace wig because the back of my hair is thin and the fron tis thick

  • You just did idiot.

  • you are a dumb ass red neck suck a dick

  • dont worry sweetie i spamed him

  • how can i purchase a wig along with the adhesive. please let me know when you can ms lola suffering hair loss from bleaching my hair so im in a hurry to get one :P thanx.

  • My only question is about detachment...wouldn't the isopropyl alcohol dry and already fragile hairline? Is there any other way to take the unit off?

  • Great Information

  • This is an amazing product. Is it only for African-American women? Or do you also make it for Caucasian women? What is your website? How do we order???

  • Hi Ms. Lola,

I'm from Los Angeles but I am living in Germany. I cannot find anything here to do my hair, I wanted to put in a handtied weave but I can't seem to be able to cover the front, I hate the net. My question is ow long will I be able to keep on the lace frontal and how long does it last?

  • That is absolutely amazing! How much are your pieces?

  • Hi miss lola im inquiring about what lace frontal is exactly like the one ur wearing on this video but instead of leaving my hair i want to add the frontal to a sew-in weave. So my question is what texture and hair type do you have on (indian and yaki)??? And also im very dark like ( a little lighter than supermodel alex wek) so what color should i use for lace (brown or dark brown)??

  • Hello--- You may sew the frontal onto a weave. I am wearing an Indian Remy Yaki frontal. You will need deep brown lace.

  • Thank you Ms Lola really useful information. I live in England I bet they will charging the earth for one of these wigs!

  • LOL --- I hope not! If so, you can always purchase one from me at reasonable pricing.

    ---Thanks

    Ms Lola

  • Thanks Ms Lola the order from England will be mine.

lol you make it look so easy. I guess I will end with hair everywhere. Thanks for your reply. :)

  • You are very welcome. You can apply a frontal much easier than a full lace wig.

    ---Good Luck!

    Ms Lola

  • I love Ms. lola's pieces, and are great options for hair loss. But it is a temporary fix. In the end, it might be a good idea to just go natural. It's such a freeing experience.

  • Neat!

  • why would u film something so important in the dark?

  • This video is a courtesy. I am not charging you to learn this technique that I have taught to others for a fee. Please except it as a gift and do not be so critical.

    --- Thank you

    Ms Lola

  • If you choose to.

  • Can you swim in lace wigs? BTW, they are gorgeous!!!

  • Yes, with special care instructions, you can swim while wearing LFs and FLWs

  • Thank you, Deana!

  • hi ms lola! i wanted to know about the full lace wig if you shake it a lot will it come off? thank you

  • Hi-- If you shake the wig a lot it should not come off if you've bonded it well

  • you look lovely! thank you for posting this!

  • How do you clean the unit? How often should clean it. Do you prefer glue or tape for your personal use

  • Hi--- I clean the unit with 99% alcohol at least twice a month. I prefer Super Tape for use with frontals.

    ---Thanks for asking

    Ms Lola

  • do you make these units yourself or do you have a distributer? I wanted to know because i had wanted the front desinged or made in a certain way. if possible is there a number i can call you at or you call me?

  • Hello-- I made the unit in this video. I no longer make frontals. I now have skilled technicians who make my frontals and full lace wigs for my clients, however I do create all of the foundation work prior to sending the design work to these technicians. Please visit my website to get my phone number. I look forward to speaking with you.

    ---Ms Lola

  • thank you i appreciate it very much

  • If you dont have hair problems such as thinning will wearing these wigs make your hair fall out or thin due to the adhesive, alcohol or tape?

  • Hello--- The adhesives used to bond lace units are medical grade, which means they are designed to compatible with skin.Hair loss does not result from using these products. However, if you don't take care when releasing these units, damage to units and hair loss can result.

  • really nice♥♥

  • I love that! I want something like that but I'd want it to have my natural hairline out

  • Thanks! Actually, the lace can be cut back at the front so that your own hairline is utilized.

  • Ms lola I came across your web site.I too suffer from thinning edges.Could your frontls be used for sew in as well?please let me know.Because I want to place an order for one.Thank you.

  • Hi--- My frontals can indeed be integrated with weaves by attaching the back area using thread instead of clips.

  • This is very good and interesting. It seems so easy.

This might be good for me.

  • Thank you. My hair units are super easy to attach, detach, and style.

  • Bless you dear, Thank God for u, i respect u for putting this up. much love...

  • Thank you, and you're truly welcome.

  • Ms Lola I suffer from traction alopecia just like you. My hair is past my shoulders but I don't have any hair in the front half of my head. I've been wearing scarves because my hair is too think for wigs. I sure hope you can design a unit for me. I'm going to your website right now!
