Create a song with the scarecrow as child Link, once adult get the hookshoot and go to Lake Hylia and play the song you made for the scarecrow again, go to the left side of the fishing pond entrance and play the scarecrow song, hookshot the scarecrow that apears.
@LMAO2988 when your young link, plant one of those magic beans in the soil that is next to the lab at lake hylia, the come back as adult link and stand on top of it. It should take you to the fishing hole. hope that helps :)
Ok no crap I did this just with wind spell, and i got the same thing. Then I went back in to try to fish 4 free. didn't work so I left. Now I hold a sheild in hand and have something like an invisible duku stick try it!
I always used the item swap glitch with faora's wind (I spelt it wrong I know) and got the fishing rod and warped to that warp point... you could say that it's an alternative way but this bomb one is more quicker... oh well great find!
I did this and i was trying things with the pole. I found that when i stood next to the master sword pedestol so it said "drop" i could cast the pole. But i couldnt reel it or move the camera. Just saying, it IS possible to cast.

If you have a fish, release it and catch it again. Link will have and invisible sword and a second shield after you press the sword button.
