It should run pretty well.....

I had to update my Graphics cards BIOS and in decreased my performance in GTA 4......I dont really play it anymore......But with your specs and resolution you should be able to get a decent frame rate.

I dont really remember what its called but it gives me the abilitiy to use a command line in game.

with it I can teleport to any x/y/z cord. and spawn any object from the game.

try googling GTA 4 mods.(I almost think its called alice script or somthin like that)

as for the CPU.....its my favorite...and even though the new i7's are out i would not trade my q6600 for anything :)

I did some research and it's Alice Scripts. you gotta get a loader ( Alexander Blade's loader) or something like that. anyways I got it working and installed a few mods. pretty nifty options :).

The Q6600 is quite amazing, I have heard of stories where people Overclocked em to 4.0Ghz. I keep mine at factory default. but yeah they are awesome. wouldn't trade mine either. if you could pm me the exact name of the "console": you used that would be great. I am using a pirated copy of GTA IV v1.0.3.0
