New York City Striped Bass

This is by the FDR drive in manhattan and stripers should be 28 and a half inches to be called keepers,which that one does not look more then 24 inches...I have been fishing in the East River since i am a kid ..

We don't reveal the exact spot on the East River .. but of course if you're familiar with the area, it's not hard to figure out where we are fishing.
