guile player is using strong flash kick which is not as sharp and you can get hit when doing it

after doing crouch low kicks his timing for flash kick is VERY poor

sakura moves are coming from a plain player not fancy mixups eg. do some low attacks then trick the opponent using an axekick

plus wtf? guile did a super at a dumb timing yet sakura STILL stuck her arms out to get hit

yea thats pretty cool, but im not sure how many ppl in the world can do that...you need to have both super and ultra bars filled...now compare this 16 SIXTEEN not 17 hit combo to another character of higher tier and im sure the higher tier character will do more damage...the 15 hit combo took about 1/3 of zangiefs health...thats like...jsut doing a regular ultra with any other character...sure it looks nice but its not worth ur super and ultra bar...in other words...guile sucks -_-

do realize that zangief has the toughest HP bar to crack... so 1/3 of his is like near 1/2 of most normal characters. now if he did that to seth about seth would be past half. -_-. I do most of those 8-9 hit combos online =/. no effort to really do those 15-16 hit combos.

No effort you say?lol right. guiles combos are all about timing, which doesnt help when making a tier list or something like that and he's really not too strong either, dont try to change my mind. its more fact than anything lol its not my opinion...guile is at the bottom of the list. move on

fuck that, i don't turtle with him. you can still play a beefy offense with guile, it just takes more skill than most others. i don't care what the little strategy guide says

(which sucks btw, only tells you about half the shit you need to know. hell, didn't even MENTION guile's HK), he can still hang with the other characters. some can fuck him up though, like dict. and claw cause of all their flying around shit. and i've been able to hang with plenty of sagat players.

Downback for about 2 seconds (at the pace of a stop watch), roll the stick to forwardback, then back to down back (where you started) the roll the stick counter-clockwise to forward up and all 3 kicks at once.

Super = db, df, db, uf + k

Ultra is the same thing with all three kicks.

Its sort of a pain, and hard to do with the stick on a gamepad, much easier in the arcade.

LOL u are PRETTY wrong for super/Ultra . YOU do have to charge them. if u dont u are making things up. and its not for 3 sec either...its for 2 sec but it feels like i can do it for less then 2 sec.

Like all street fighters, its all about how many frames you charge, not really a time signature. I don't know exactly how long, but its not long.

you have to catch them when they are close to the ground the way the low kick stands them up and the it will go in to the animation of her doing the ultra
