It sucks but that's what happens in war. Also, half the time the US and NATO don't intentionally bomb these civilian targets, often they are either colateral damage or in some cases misidentified targets. But we never deliberately try to kill civilians in Iraq.

I live in Rio, Brazil. We pay down here about USD 6,15 a gallon... and I'd like to remind you that we produce in our country all fuel we need! So how could we pay such a high price for a product which we have a lot?

Am not really too much of a Moore fan, but he does bring up a really goodpoint on much of this. It quite pften seemswe forget what we did and why. For instance, do you know how many providances were taken over when our President urged them to depose Saddam? Everyone but the one with Baghdad and then made it a part of a cease fire to be able to use his armaments to crush the uprising. For those of us on the right, why did we never protest the fact that we killed babies while protesting abortion?

Article 5 of the NATO treaty stipulates that an 'attack on one shall be deemed equivalent to an attack on all'. So when the US was attacked on 11/9 and Afghanistan refused to hand over those responsible article 5 came into effect.

Al Queda was a non governmental organization working inside of Afghanistan. In the 90s Mother Teresa asked Saddam in person if she could open an orphanage in Baghbad for the many homeless children he agreed to this day it is still opened looking after disabled children.
