Don't know it's name but it's basicly an E major with the pinky on the B string 3rd fret.
from E to e string the fret positioning is:

thats neat mate ... i also learned it ... another one that sounds a bit cool also is the one that Ryusuke plays with the old guitar before giving it to Koyuki .. if i had a webcam i would record it ... u can try it its not so hard to pick up by ear .. :D
