People really need to stop bitching about the 5th gen pokemon yes they are different but when they say that they are not original look at Seel, Dewgong, Caterpie, Pidgey, Goldeen, Ponyta all I'm saying is if the 5th gen pokemon where to have come out 15 years ago and the 1st gen would have come out now you nostalgia pricks would still be bitching
wow... whoever you were against was either a bit over confident in their abilities or pretty dumb... half of their pokemon were weak against ice type attacks and dragonites 4x weakness to it didnt help them either... also putting charizard in the middle where hes gotta fight off a rock type AND a water type? thats a bit much for a lone charizard to handle... *facepalm* lol
You cant even call these pokemon any more, not from my point of view; kanto and johto, had the best pokemon generations and my tolerance stopped until sinnoh, The Unova generation are just ridiculous now, the first two regions will always be the best and the animated battles are very good on black and white and i like it, i just despise this new generation of pokemon and its not nostalgia either, i have tried to play black/white, these newbie pokemon will never fit in with the classics.
@guilmon134 Well you're entitled to your own opinion, and I know what you mean. But I personally love all of the Pokemon. Some of the new designs are from unfinished original Pokemon, such as Tirtouga. I agree on the fact that some of the new designs look really derpie, but I still like them all =P
@2and2make5 Yeah ok i guess now i see your point i think they have all these pokemon lined up any way because if you have watched blaziken appear before the hoenn region was introduced it had battled ash's charizard :)
@guilmon134 I totally agree that they don't fit together to well but I started out with red version and have played all the games in order and the only region the pokemon have been kinda ugly for me was hoenn. But even hoenn had some of my favorites. I totally love the way pokemon has been changing and you have to give them some slack. the first generations pokemon were extremely basic and kinda bland which did make them very memorable but is nearly impossible to replicate.
the person you battled was dumb why didnt he use a fire type move on cryangnol then use a thunder from dragonite to take out simpour then dd followed up next turn by dragon claw from latios

@Crris1031 ive been playing pokemon for 13 years. it's different, but it really has gotten better every new generation. i still love the first games, and still play them, but black and white has been the most fun ive had since i played pokemon the first time.
@2and2make5 i play pokemon since 1998 :P and the only depressing moment was in the 4 gen until the remakes came out and the new Black and White versions :3
@2and2make5 I agree I have been playing since Blue and I Have to say Black and White are just damn good. Those who don't like the new pokemon obviously haven't been paying attention. All there old favorites are still intact but much improved. I don't understand how they expect things to stay the same and not change as the time goes on! Really!? well by the logic Pokemon would have died long ago. I love the old and I welcome the new especially the improved deeper battling mechanics.
