Dayum, I can safely say I am a fan. Nice, slow start and excellent clean vocals, and then the growl that kicks in when it starts getting heavy, very nice. Great stuff for sure, whomever the lead singer is, he can sing. Not sure if he is doing the growls, but if he is, he's got my respect for being like Orphaned Land's Kobi Farhi in that he can sing cleanly and do the growls without breaking a sweat.
Avalon was so awesome and even though the new album is a tad lighter and more refined, FUCK ME IS IT GOOD!!! this track in particular has grown on me like a flesh-eating fungus... so engaging that I can't focus on anything else and just stare into the horizon when it comes on. The world will surely take notice of this achievement boys!! Top stuff

i love this band i have there first album and it kicks ass its melodic death metal at its best same goes for this but this is softer that there first but nothing wrong with that cause it still is badass

No disrespect intended, and I did like this bands first album, but this is superior by leaps and bounds. What I'm hearing now may be my favorite metal of 2011 (and knowing new albums by BTBAM, Dream Theater, Scar Symmetry may be coming out this year thats saying A LOT). Only thing I would prefer is if it had a guitar solo, but juding by the album trailer other songs on the album have them, so good enough for me.
@ChaosDivineband Maybe Blunt just got a bit too relaxed this issue, haha, but good on them for putting you guys on that CD! Wouldn't have discovered you if not for that!
