dude, thanks for those videos, i'm at my 16week now and i stoped therapy cuz it wasnt pushing me enough. by those videos it look like u r 6 aready of me. congrats
i value your opinion...fortunatelly I didn't get hurt, quite the opposite...I've recovered pretty nicely! i think you could post up a video with the right formation! critisism is accepted when there is a proposed solution to the problem

I am 15 weeks post OP, but you seem to have been much more advanced than me during that time. Quad strength for me is coming back slower, but I probably need to do more intensive excercises.
I think all of his workouts posted here will be great help for guys who got injured and should learn how to walk first and then to do stuff like this,so instead of writing dumb,unreasonable and childish comments why don't both of you(tank 3415 & zkb24)take a sample of your assholes and give it to each other...u might find it tasty!If it was not the net,but to be in front of me I would eat U alive,U virgin kids!
no i'm not...there is a reason i do that, if u don't like it don't come back!!! there is nothing bad to share experiences, again...if u don't need that kind of help, don't watch it
