arent you only supose to use the white part of the leak?? I like your video. especially cause youre using an electric range. that keeping it pretty gangster
@themilkmister lol he used on;y the leaves in this vid tho. rule of thumb when making potato leek soup is to use the round part of the onion. the part where the stem is most solid. the top half where it's very dark green and the leaves have flattened out and spread out from the stem is no good for this soup. they're far too tough in texture

@dannythelurker no you use all the leek, just not the thick leaves, it would be such a waste to only use the white parts
