It is to my understanding that most kicks involve the mind-set of "kicking through" the target. In other words, the kick wouldn't necessarily stop once it connects to the target.
@DobyGangsta It's hard not to follow through with a spinning kick..gravity and momentum help with that. The initial spin and leg position is really all that mattered

not always, the distance between someones face and their arm or chest is only inches, precision is key. Thats why these kicks are more flash then efficiency
