You need to keep your hands up man, your wide open after every punch. Your concentration isnt that good either you are all over the place every time you attack!!! Your feet and stance need to be more solid.
Your kicks are very good - Strong and fast. Remember to look at the chest the entire time for awareness of your commponents style asn attacks....
Yea, it is a hard habit to break. I am from a Tae Kwon Do background and we punched from the hip on some of our punching drills. Thanks for the advice. Send a video response of you punching and show me how it is done. Thanks.

Nice!! your great at muay thai keep up the great work it will definetly pay of as shown in your video. I definetly think going amateur mma would be a sweet idea. Your amazing at muay thai you would kill in stand up!
I may do an amateur MMA fight first. I want to get better with my ground work before I start fighting. I like to kick and feel more comfortable on my feet. If I do fight I will put the video on You Tube for you to watch. Thanks! :)
