I would love to do a PHO eating challenge, went to Thailand to visit family...basically shut the store down cuz i ate 20 bowls of noodles, no time limit. just eat and eat. plus the amount of noodles in each bowl is very small.

To answer your question whether if water and lettuce heads worked for them to expand their stomach...I would have to say "NO" because the more water you drink the faster u get full. Eat first and then drink water after eating, that way u can eat lots of pho and not get full fast.
