Yup, Its ears are torn, I own rabibits and know how there ears look, and this poor lil guy has both ears cut in the middle.

Wow, from some angles it looks like a jackalope! Maybe that kind of phenomenon is where the myth exists from. Very awesome. :D

This rabbit has been attacked at some point, narrowly escaping being something's lunch. The ears are torn in the center, resulting in four protrusions which to the uninitiated may resemble complete ears.
Normal rabbit, bad hare day.
