Hey there! I recognized that set up with the rack, :) it saves on alot of melted bags, and creates more heated oven space to cook. I was getting a bit worried for ya with all them clouds, lol. I have set my funnel cookers down in my old garden cart to keep the wind from bothering it so much. one can also set it up against a building too in such a way the building blocks the wind to, depending on which way the wind is blowing. GREAT JOB! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND VIDS!
