This game is so great... the only think i dont like and i think its a little bit confuse is the menus... they really didnt a really good job on that...

Dragon Rising is the proper sequel, it has everything made from scratch, it has next gen graphics, new proper sounds that do not sound horrible and given that it has been in development longer it is most likely alot less buggy. The ArmA team are just a bunch of devs with no patience appealing to whoever happens to have liked operation flashpoint.
Honestly, I think that OFP:DR looks like its gonna be more like Ghost Recon than a sequel to OFP. It looks like its gonna be really dumbed down and not as strategic as the original was.

I've seen the gameplay videos. It's not like there is a huge difference between how a game looks when it's played and how it is when actually playing it.
the low blow by CM with the name is that they DID NOT create OFP1, they had the name, thats it, it was pretty much all BIS's work, and yet they are marketing OFP:DR as OFP2... thats the low blow, dont get me wrong, looks like a great game, and ill sure by it, but it is not on the same level as arma1/2, if you dont like em fine, not for every1, but no bashing... just childish... both have cons and pro's, like comparing apples to oranges, so i think every1 in here needs to grow the fuck up :)

No, it isn't. Check the videos again. It has far more in common with COD 4 then Operation Flashpoint, where as ArmA 2 is a development of Flashpoint.

Dragon Rising has inferior gameplay. That's why it's a worse game. It's dumbed down to appeal to console gamers.
The ARMA games may have problems but at least they play like Operation Flashpoint. Dragon Rising plays like Call of Duty on a big island.
