Also, time the catch in your clean to make sure the transition is smooth. Adding more of a back swing and getting aggresive with the hip will work perfect for this.
You should also have straight wrists in the snatch unless you are training GS in which i'd just advise you to quit that shit as it's not relevant to your sport mate.
Firstly, the exercises you're performing are ballistic exercises and are perfect for your chosen sport of MMA but your diluting the benefits by having 1. a weak hip pop and 2. opting to roll with a pseudo GS style over the hard style.
Get aggresive and time the back swing to perfection. At the moment you dip your knees before the bell has even passed the legs or the knees are soft throughout. Drop me a line and we can talk....
