climate change is not man made, i agree how the hell would we know the planet does not do this every million years or so we have not been around long enough to know or see!!..
@ocyrus70 Absolutely; however our planet has never had to put up with the unnaturally enormous chemical components, we as humans have produced/induced/encouraged; in such short a time-scale. Many assume it's nature PLUS our 'nurture' that has come into play now. Good education & luck to us all! :)
@ocyrus70 of course the temperature of the planet has fluctuated throughout its life... but if it does that on its own, and the window in which life survives is so narrow, what will happen when the natural fluctuation combines with the man made change..... f,e, we know that its the trees that make the oxygen from the CO2. but we cut down the tree's and continue to add to the CO2 + other gases to the atmosphere.
@ajuk1 I phoned the BBC, got his agent's address, wrote him a very nice letter and to my surprise he wrote back saying he would be delighted to do it. Smashing bloke, gave me lots of help and advice on the day too. Wouldn't even accept any money for his petrol :-)
That's really kind of you thanks. It's my old college project and was really fun to make. It's great to see the recent discoveries that proved my belief in the subject - at the time my fellow students thought I was some UFO believing eccentric!
