proves that Sweden are simply the best at producing songs for Eurovision They say Ireland is best and i am from Ireland but they cannot do the different types that Sweden seem to...we are good at Ballads Sweden are good at everything would have preferrd KOM this year but still you have another strong entry.
What I personally feel less happy bout Sweden's entry over the last 10 years was the fact that it focused in some of them too much on what they called "schlager" music ... using Abba-sounding music as if Abba was or ever were schlager music. Sweden can do a lot lot better than just "copy pasted Abba" and they had so many wonderful entries prior to 1999 ... when i think this problem started.
The ABBA-esque music you speak of is kind of what traditional and popular Swedish music sounds like most of the time, though. The point of the ESC is to send songs that represent the culture and music of your country. And Sweden is all about melodic, cheerful, catchy tunes. I don't think the majority of the Swedish songwriters are trying to sound like ABBA on purpose. That kind of music is just in our backbone. And it was in our backbone well before ABBA.
Well maybe you're right but in terms of music I feel more impressed with what was done in the 80s or 90s than these days. I don't really believe that in those days music coming from sweden was so "abba related", I understand that it was still related to what culturally Sweden is in terms of music but the "abba esque vibe" is just too obvious to let it go. And when it's overused year after year as it happened these last 10 years it becomes boring and less exciting. Sometimes we need to change!
Elisabeth's 1982 entry sounded to me like a sneack preview of what 1985 victory for Norway would sound like but a bit better. Even Kikki's song that year was better than this Chips' entry.
looking back at this sweden has the best songs in eurovisions history by far! kind of timeless music, thats maby why they did'nt won more!? People are to much into trends so they just want komersial radio music that fits in the right year!
As an answer for your question... I didn't have that video, so sorry. But I'm sure you can find it on Youtube anyway, just search for "Eurovision 2004 Sweden".
"Den vilda" is the best song we have ever sent to the ecs.

Yeah that was also one of my favourites ... maybe because it wasn't that popular in ESC or had achived higher scores it was excluded here saddly.

What are the years of the songs?
I like song number 2. If I knew the year, I could hear more.
I tredje sang da hun synger 19 år, så tænkte jeg og så forstår man bare ikke mere, i mens synger hun "litten man forstår"
