Well it's been confirmed by the producers that the Man in Black can manifest into animals, like the Medusa Spiders that bit the annoying couple for example, maybe Vincent in this scene was? There's that whole rule about people needing to be dead, but maybe it doesn't apply to animals. Dunno, either way it's interesting to ponder about. lol
