Respond to this video... lol I thought she showed up again but maybe not. It was still funny vaguely remembering being angry at her face while I was drunk watching black keys vids
don't wan't a Hendrix 's'cuse me while i kiss this guy moment' but did Moses walk through the corn? or am i hearing wrong? but parted red sea doesn't rhyme with anything... guess it's why these guys are awesome? figuring corn is a pretty important food crop and Moses would have indeed encountered it, fructose is in everything, this is a band
@theninjaclique ROFL. I loved the way She's Long Gone starts up it's like dirty sex. The only way I can describe it.
The Black keys are a great band. Both of my grandmothers, Two Black ladies from the south who grew up on the blues love them also, that means they are really good lol.
Such authentic music, great bunch of lads...Its amazing to me, as a 50 year old blues and rock fan, to see young people getting into the heavily bluesy "She's Long Gone" rock riff! And here I thought all 20 year olds just went for alternative tunes. Whats old is new again, and I LOVE IT! Some of my older heros are getting dusty or dead, like Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower, Stevie Ray Vaughn. Now I've discovered the Black Keys, and I'm seriously digging it. More great music to rock out to!
Man I get such a 70's vibe from Ten Cent Pistol, love it! How could a band be so good yet keep it so minimal (especially on older albums)? Excellent stuff
The keyboardist uses a sound city electric piano and a farfisa combo organ, in case anyone is wondering. pretty decent keyboardist. I could care less about his name though. :) Even with an orchestra behind them, the black keys will always be just pat and dan.
i am officially issuing an apology to my ears for not giving them the black keys...they found me for the first time yesterday and almost instantly i had my first eargasm in quite some time. what a stellar band...i think ill go shout it from the roof tops now

@simpgee "How could a band be so good yet keep it so minimal"
its because Dan and Pat 's sound is completely without pretense. Its raw and honest and anyone who's ever felt the blues instantly relates to it.

@dragonkin9 I believe it's a Supro Martinique Val Trol. Though it also looks like an Airline, similar to what Jack White plays.
