"Cannot again be litigated between the same parties"
I would expand this right to say that you cannot be tried twice for the same crime where you were found not guilty. So if you were found not guilty for a murder in federal court, then you could not be tried in state court for the same murder. This is logical in my opinion. I would even extend it to civil court as they are entities of the state and to take all of ones money is as good as killing them in my opinion.
