CEO of Countrywide got a slap on the wrist from SEC with a fine of 22mil but he received 120 some million over 5 years but no changes have been laid in addition to CEO of Golden Slacks(Goldman Sacks). My sympathy to u.In Canada their r greater regulations on mortgage applications and reviews and r scrutinized very carefully before acceptance because of the rules spell out in the Canada Banking Act with respect to mortgages applications.
