It's actually logical that there's no crowd. Don't think it was a budget problem, in an earlier cutscene, it's said that the plan was to make people believe that Frederick was never dead, but in hiding. They can't just show everyone a ghola and claim him to be a Padishah-Emperor. Plus showing the Executrix would raise questions.

Or maybe a ghola conditioned to be a commander then purchased by House Ordos since they have close buisness ties to the Tleilaxu. I dont think there will be love at all with the mentat and the commander. If she shows almost no feelings, the commander might also not show feelings, and they just care of the money. And the Executrix are so strict that they must have been injecting Deviator gas to every single citizen in their planet to make them remain loyal and probably emotionless.

Ordos was a unique concept in the Dune universe. Totally out of place with anything Frank Herbert set in the books-but kind of fun in spite of it. The idea of a cold as ice female mentat was especially refreshing when compared to Thufir Hawat or Piter DeVries.

@horusrage Yeah that was Westwood for your of course I beleived they were under EA's corporate thumb by that point so it wouldn't shock me that EA may have told them to create a separate cannon so they could make some royalties from it, becuase at the time that's all EA cared about short term payouts, which is why they interfered into the Ultima Series, ruined it and drove Origin into the ground. Because making thousands intimidatly was more important than making millions long term.
