cbfiddler1975, the money presently being spent to subsidize the seal slaughter and the slick PR campaigns by the Canadian govt to fool the public into thinking it is humane and acceptable could be used instead to create business in Newfoundland and Cape Breton. To answer your question "who do you think you are", I'm a Nova Scotia taxpayer who has documented the seal slaughter for the last three years and I have every right to voice my opposition to this cruel and unnecessary slaughter.
